Accommodations & Policies Service: We are honored that you have given us the opportunity to provide you with the highest quality beauty services and treatments. We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff of hair designers, colorists and make-up artists. We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within seven (7) days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction free of charge. Please feel free to try another stylist or technician. We will be happy to accommodate you.

Credit Cards and Checks: We accept Visa and MasterCard, gratuities cannot be added to credit cards. There is a thirty ($30) dollar fee for returned checks.

Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations: The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. We reserve the right to charge for 50% of services not canceled before 24 hours notice. A 50% deposit for a bridal party or for multiple services is required at the time of booking. There are no returns on gift certificates.

Our no show policy states that guests with 2 or more no-shows may be restricted from booking reservations over the phone and be placed as a "walk in only" guest, meaning they need to book their reservation directly at the salon when they're ready to be serviced.

Gratuities

Bellezza Salon does not allow gratuities added with credit card payments.

For Your Protection: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We provide smocks for your protection when receiving services. With no exceptions, children are not permitted beyond the waiting area unless receiving a salon service.
