Credit Cards and Checks We accept Visa and MasterCard, Gratuities cannot be added to credit cards. There is a thirty ($30) dollar fee for returned checks.
Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. We reserve the right to charge in full for services cancelled without 24 hour notice. A 50% deposit for a bridal party or for multiple services is required at the time of booking. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. We stand behind all of our products with a “Satisfaction Guarantee” Policy. So if you purchase a product and are not satisfied feel free to bring it back to exchange it for any other item. No refunds.
For Your Protection We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including -clothing and accessories. We provide smocks for your protection when receiving services. With no exceptions, children are not permitted beyond the waiting area unless receiving a salon service.
