Jocelyn first opened the Bellezza Salon in 2000 and has grown her business into a successful part of a Warren downtown community. She has been in the hairdressing industry for 20+ years. She is also a certified Master colorist and is continuously pursuing all innovative aspects of the industry. She has previously worked and learned in Hawaii, Las Vegas and Baltimore. She continues to educate herself and her staff with the highest of fashion trends and techniques. |

Esthetician/Spa Director
Dawnell Gerow is a natural health consultant and holistic skincare
practitioner. She is a New Jersey licensed esthetician and holds a diploma
in Natural Health. Dawnell believes beauty is best achieved from the inside.
While studying abroad she learned the rich therapeutic history of seaweed
from the seaside spas of Brittany, France and was instrumental in the
development of The Academy of Aesthetics and Wellness, a post graduate
training center for spa professionals. As the director of education she
helped to develop a curriculum that teaches practitioners how to incorporate
root cause, skin and body analysis, thalassothcrapy, hydrotherapy, and anti
aging therapies into their spa business.
In 2003 she took a step back from her corporate career to become a mom to
her two children. Dawnell has maintained a private skincare and spa
consulting business for 6 years and is excited to be joining Bellezza Salon
as the Spa Director. She will be available Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
for skincare,body treatments, and wellness consultations. |

Diana Morana has over 15 years experience doing facial waxing and eyelash
tinting. Her specialty is waxing especially eyebrow design and Brazilian
bikini. She also does many different facials using Dr. Hauschka &
Dermalogica products. |
